40 gr. dark chocolate hazelnut
Preparation:
turn on the oven by setting it to 170 ° C. We wash, strip and chop the carrots. Cut into small pieces and put the chocolate hazelnut butter to melt in a water bath. After weighing all the ingredients, pour into a container with flour and sugar, mix well and add yeast. Mix all uniamolo eggs and begin to work by adding milk, oil and butter. Finally we combine the carrots and the chocolate mixture and aggiustiamolo possibly with a little 'flour to obtain a homogeneous mixture and the right consistency. Pour the batter into an oiled mold and bake.
Cooking: Cook
for the first 10 minutes at 170 ° C, then lower the oven to 150 ° C and bake for 30 minutes. After checking with a toothpick that the inside is dry, turn off the oven and leave cake in oven for another 5 minutes to harden completely. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy.
